    MarkGlobGo operates with a direct shipping model from international suppliers. Once a purchase is made, the product is dispatched directly to the customer’s address.<\/span><\/h5>
    Returns are accepted only in specific and justified cases. Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference or change of mind.<\/span><\/h5>

              Customers outside the EU have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt to open a return request. After this period, claims will not be accepted.<\/span><\/h5>
